PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


To maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The key person’s responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities for key clients.


 


Simultaneously responsible for marketing and sale of products and services to new clients and managing existing client relationship.


 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs.

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

  • Prepare a schedule to constantly engage with merchants and partners.

  • Prepare a monthly report showing the position of the business in relation to projected budget.

  • Prepare and share month data analytics with the executive team.

Required Skills or Experience


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)



  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.

  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • An ability to understand buyer needs

  • Key account management experience is required

  • Good organization and planning skills



RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • 5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management

  • First Degree in Business, Marketing or related Field
