RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement corporate strategies.


• Develop comprehensive business blueprints to ensure goal attainment through efficient operations and market expansion endeavors.


• Forge and execute a growth strategy while sustaining and supervising existing sales channels.


• Scrutinize financial data, manage budgets, and boost revenue streams.


• Assign tasks, oversee executives, and provide guidance to optimize performance.


• Address challenges and provide solutions to bolster company resilience and expansion.

Required Skills or Experience

• Demonstrated General Managerial proficiency within the FMCG domain.


• International work experience as an expatriate, particularly in Ghana.


• Proficiency across all business facets encompassing Sales & Marketing, Finance, Trade, HR, and Supply Chain.


• Remarkable organizational and leadership capabilities.


• Superlative communication, interpersonal, and presentation proficiencies.


• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Fluency in English.
