Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure proper running of banking application for business operations


• Responsible for the resolution of all reported IT faults


• Ensure proper relationship with IT service providers and after sale services


• Responsible for the development of tools and solutions for the reporting and smooth running of banking activities.


• Assist all aspect of the MIFI's on IT needs


• Maintain robust IT system for the MIFI with relevant security


• Ensure the minimisation of IT based faults and system downtimes


• Responsible for the proper maintenance of all IT software and hardware property of the MIFI

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree, HND Holder


• Strong Banking Operations background


• Should be God fearing Christian


• Should be trustworthy


• Not less than 4years experience in the same field


• Age 30 - 47 years


• Should stay in any of the following areas: Madina, Adenta or Ashaley Botwe


• Salary is negotiable
