JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling customer information. Follow data protection guidelines to prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with sales teams to promote additional offerings and enhance customer relationships
- Assist customers with their banking needs such as mobilization and withdrawals, loans etc….
- Prospecting for new clients and reactivation of old customers
- Maintaining good relationship with new and old customers
Required Skills or Experience
- With or without experience industry experience
- AGE: 18 years and above
