Key Responsibilities




  • Co-ordinate performance management and annual appraisals.

  • Co-ordinate staff training and development programmes.

  • Responsible for repairs and maintainance of BSG properties.




Required Skills or Experience



  • 1st degree Business Administration with HR option or any relevant discipline.

  • Must be an Associate Member of CIHRMP.

  • Must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in similar role.
