Job Description


Agresearch Lead is seeking the services of enumerators to part take in the up-coming REST 4D project in Ghana for Catholic Relief Service.



Job description



This assignment seeks to assess and evaluate the performance, outcomes, and impact of the project interventions on Maternal and Child Health status at the end of the three years of project implementation in the 10 project districts in the Northern, North East, Savanah and the Upper East regions of Ghana. This assignment would measure the overall effectiveness, relevance. coverage, and expected/unexpected effects on targeted communities and also establish key learnings and strategic directions for priority areas of need for future Maternal and Child Health programming.

  • Model Mothers

  • CHPS Staff

  • Health Workers

  • Community Leaders



Job Title: Field enumerator



Job Location: Northern, North East, Savanah and Upper East regions of Ghana.



Languages: Dagbani, Mamprusi, Gonja, Frafra, Kasem or Grusi.



He/she should able to:




  • Participate in training on survey protocols and data collection instruments.

  • Pre-test tools and participate in debriefing session.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection exercise.

  • Participate in periodic meetings and submit daily reports to supervisors.

  • Support in responding to concerns relating to data quality.

  • Fill in tracking forms and templates during data collection.

  • Handle tablets and tablets and other logistics appropriately during assignments.




Required Skills or Experience



  • Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in health-related studies

  • Should have experience with similar projects

  • Understand and speak these local languages (Dagbani, Mamprusi, Gonja, Frafra,Grusi, Kasem )

  • Reside in the above-mentioned regions

  • Own a motorbike
