Job Description

A reputable customer service company is looking for an IT Officer ( Tema and its environments only)

Job Duties

• Computer networks - installing, configuring and maintaining computers in large organisations


• Desktop Support - providing direct user assistance


• Hardware Maintenance - maintaining and repair of computer hardware


• Vertical Software Applications - ensuring clients websites and applications stay up and running and offering technical support.


• Experience with Cisco applications will be a plus

Qualifications
