We are pleased to invite you to submit a quotation for the procurement of dressing materials for BU/Yaws management, as part of this Project.

Required Skills or Experience
Eligibility
To ensure eligibility to participate in the competitive bidding process, vendors must meet the following criteria:

- Experience: Vendors should have prior experience in supplying healthcarerelated materials. Vendors should be responsive and willing to communicate effectively with the project team throughout the procurement process.
- Quality Assurance: The vendor must provide assurance of the quality and safety of the products being offered, including adherence to relevant regulations and standards and must have the capacity to deliver the required quantities of dressing materials within the specified timeframe.
- Financial Stability: Vendors should demonstrate financial stability and the ability to fulfil the requirements of the procurement contract.
- Ethical Conduct: Vendors must conduct their business in an ethical manner, without engaging in any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices.
- Conflict of Interest: Vendors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise during the procurement process.
