Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements effective sales and marketing strategies which aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.


• Leads and directs all aspects of sales and marketing operations.


• Identifies and pursues opportunities for sales and marketing growth and expansion.


• Manages resources effectively and ensures sales targets for each season are achieved.


• Monitors and analyzises performance metrics and suggests improvement.


• Builds and maintains productive and professional relationships with key customers.


• Builds and maintains a high performing sales and marketing team and promote a culture of excellence.


• Prepares regularly scheduled reports and sales forecasts.


• Any other related duties as may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of five(5) years progressive experience in same or similar role preferably in an international agro-chemical company.


• Experience in managing a high performance team.


• Strategic thinker with the capability to translate sales and marketing goals into initiatives.


• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.


• A minimum of a Postgraduate Degree preferably in Business Administration or any related discipline.
