Job Description

Our client, a reputable established Private Security Company in Accra with offices in 7 regional capitals, with operations in Man guarding, tracking & security devices, investigations unit, emergency alert systems and rapid response seeks to employ a Supervisor  for their Ashanti Region (Kumasi) Office.

Job Accountabilities:

• Serve as operational head within the assigned zone


• Implementing all policies of the company concerning guard uniform and deployment


• Directly be in charge of the guards and ensure they are doing their job effectively


• Supervise the guards by following up in all assigned locations/beats


• Do daily patrols to all assigned locations


• Ensure physical/guard security protocols are strictly adhered to at location

Successful candidates must be ready to start work immediately

Required Skills or Experience

• The ideal candidate for the position of a Supervisor must have a Diploma in any discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution


• At least a minimum of six (6) or more years’ experience as a Senior guard or guard  

Skill Specification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Must have worked as a senior guard for a security company for 6 years or more


• Should have a valid riding license


• Must be able to convince and influence people

Please note that: Candidates for ASHANTI REGION (KUMASI OFFICE) post must reside in Kumasi, candidates must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid riding license
