Job Description

Our client, a reputable established Private Security Company in Accra, with operations in Man guarding, tracking & security devices, investigations unit, emergency alert systems and rapid response seeks to employ a Operations Manager.

Job Accountabilities

• Leads the regional team in the execution of jobs and business development


• Responsible for marketing – prepare proposals and bid for contracts


• Supervise and manage the activities of the company within your jurisdiction


• Gives leadership and direction to attain cooperate goal and client satisfaction


• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service of the company in your region

Successful candidates must be ready to start work immediately

Required Skills or Experience

• The ideal candidate for the position of an Operations Manager must have a first degree or an HND in any discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution


• At least a minimum of six (6) or more years’ experience as a Snr Supervisor or Commander is required

Skill Specification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Should be able to understand the activities of all the departments (Administration, Marketing, Finance and Operations)


• Must have working knowledge of guard operations


• Must be a self-starter, go getter, self-motivated and be able to work without supervision


• Should have a valid riding license
