Job Description




  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary / order and maintain stationery and equipment.

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

  • Ensure that office is quiet, neat and welcoming.

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

  • Organize and file paperwork, documents and computer-based information.

  • Write /draft letters as and when necessary.

  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments.




Required Skills or Experience




  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with office management procedures.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Excel etc).

  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum working experience of two (2) years.


NB: Must live around Laterbiokorshie and its environs.
