A performance driven Non-Bank Financial Institution seek to recruit an experienced, knowledgeable and passion driven young individual for the role of AML & Compliance Manager
- DEPARTMENT: COMPLIANCE
- REPORTS TO: CEO
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Review policies and operational manuals and make recommendation to Management
- Responsible for BOG AML & Compliance reporting
- Participate in preliminary fraud investigations
- Conduct quarterly AML trainings
- Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly regulatory (BOG) reports.
- Review transactions, processes and procedures to avoid regulatory sanctions.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
- At least two (2) years relevant experience in Compliance/ AML role preferable in the Savings and Loans sector.
- Candidate must be of high integrity, analytical, firm and detailed oriented.
- Candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Banking Act, Anti Money Laundering and other BOG regulations/polices.
