Job Description




  • Implement and grow Company’s Bancassurance and Digital Marketing strategy

  • Achieve set targets/objectives for the Unit

  • Coordinate and manage set up and implementation

  • Exclusive Bancassurance partnership

  • Develop, manage and retain existing Banks and also identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement customer centric strategies

  • Analyse the bancassurance distribution channel (banks and respective branches) on consistent basis and develop strategies for achieving sales targets

  • Identify new business and product opportunities using relevant research tools / sector specific targeting/branch visitation, etc. strategies

  • Consistent performance management of actual performance against targets/objectives/strategies

  • Develop structures and systems to ensure consistent interaction and communication in the team and with other departments




Required Skills or Experience




  • Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process

  • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close deals’

  • Strong client management skills

  • Capable of handling difficult situations

  • Strong skills in researching and analyzing new business opportunities

  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail

  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks

  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral and presentation

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • A positive attitude to dealing with people

  • Capable of working independently, and taking responsibility and accountability as an individual
