Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed.


• Monitor implementation of the Asset/Project/Function Quality Management System through regular audits and reviews.


• Assist in developing and monitoring implementation of the Asset Integrity Verification Scheme throughout the Define and Execute Phases.


• Participate and provide input into technical HSE and integrity reviews.


• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases.


• Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Tender Documents, Contracts and Purchase Orders.


• Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.


• Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives.


• Follow up on action items and maintain status register.


• Develop and maintain QA/QC lessons learned register.


• Prepare monthly quality reports

Required Skills or Experience

• Professional engineer with a broad QA experience in Design, Construction and Project management.


• Shall be a Graduate Engineer (BSc Eng ./BEng/HND) either in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Welding/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Civil engineering as appropriate with 5 years post qualification experience


• A good degree in any of the physical sciences is acceptable with a 15 years post qualification experience


• Extensive relevant experience in onshore oil and gas facility construction.


• Management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO/TS 29001/ISO 9000 with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans
