Job Description

A Restaurant is looking for an experienced Cook.

Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to cook major local dishes in Ghana with good taste


2. Will plan menu to attract and maintain customers


3. Keep high levels of hygiene and sanitation within the premises and among the staff


4. Responsible for good storage and stock keeping of food materials 


5. Manage helpers in the kitchen 

Required Skills or Experience

• Should have a relevant qualification with some years of working experience


• Excellent cooking of local and continental dishes


• Must be willing to work extra hours when the need arises


• Good communication skills (Should be fluent in English Language)


• Good interpersonal skills
