Job Purpose

This role requires the running of the branch as a profit center

Job Responsibility

As the Business Head of the Branch/Marketing team, the candidate should be able to:

• Develop business in a defined market to meet periodic budget targets


• Organize and work as the leader of the team to achieve branch targets


• Achieve the profitability of the branch


• Efficiently manage the loan portfolio of the branch


• Managing the sales process


• Acquisition of new business as well as deepening existing customer relationships through effective and efficient customer liaisons.


• Effective Liability and Asset Generation


• Maintaining required service standards and operational efficiency.


• Profit & Loss/ Balance Sheet Management

Required Skills or Experience

• At least two (2) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institution (Savings & Loans).


• Candidate should have a good working knowledge of the Greater Accra market


• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.


• Candidate should have a strong selling / marketing skill.
