Job Description

• Designation: Credit Admin. Officer


• Branch: Accra


• Start date: Immediately


• Expiry date for applications: 20th December 2019 (Close of business)


• Working hours: Daily 8h00 till 17h00 or as required to fulfil l one’s respon sibilities Every alternate Saturday and otherwise


• Position: CREDIT ADMIN. OFFICER reporting to ADMIN MANAGER 

Description
Responsible for:

• verifying of documents and data and maintaining adequate loan quality controls 


• key administrative functions and feeding back of data to Head Office and branches 


• ensuring adherence of all internal policies and procedures and the credit policy of the company 


• feeding back to management and branches any non-compliance of company policies and procedures 


• ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property. 


• any additional tasks instructed by Management 

Required Skills or Experience

• Higher National Diploma 


• Additional tertiary education would be advantageous 


• Extremely proficient in MS office and e-mail 


• Must be fully proficient in working with Credit Ease online module Skills / Attributes 


• Hard working and driven; 


• Excellent communication skills; 


• Excellent administrative and management skills; 


• Positive attitude; 


• Accurate and fast worker; 


• Good interpersonal skills; 


• Neat and organized person. 


• Ability to work independently without supervision
