JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant will plan and oversee the mutual business developments of distributors and wholesalers of the Company. 

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Prospect, grow and retain the customer base in order to achieve sales targets


• Introduce the company products to potential customers within assigned territory


• Visit shops in assigned territory to check and ensure product visibility at retail counters


• Take product orders for processing and coordinate with logistics team to ensure goods purchased are transported from warehouse to customers


• Actively develop strong relationships with customers and ensure sensitivity to their needs, complaints and emerging requirements


• Relay customer feedback to Supervisor


• Contact debtors and collect payments on due bills


• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma


• At least 2 years sales experience with an FMCG company
