Position



To sell, market and develop company’s brands in the showroom and dedicated sectors assigned. Incumbent must be smart and intelligent person who finds it easy to communicate with all levels of customers; and who has a proven track record of exceptional sales and customer satisfaction through highly effective business practices and knowledge to facilitate organizational growth.

  • Ability to maintain proper dress code and professional appearance in accordance with company policies

  • Maintains a professional, clean and pressed business appearance / environment as determined by company management

  • Persistent, competitive and great work ethic



  • Possess problem-solving and listening skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with strong negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills (with Excellent command of the English Language)

  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals

  • Possess excellent follow-up and record-keeping skills

  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines


Job Specifications




  • Sell all brands / models of vehicles distributed by company

  • Processing payment for products or service may maintain customer preference records.

  • Assisting the customer in selecting products/services, answer questions and check for stock and availability.

  • Selling the company’s products/services to new or established customers typically via walk-in business and online leads

  • Greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

  • Qualifying the buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models and building rapport

  • Attending special training on products/services to understand the product features, trends, or styles of the products/services.

  • Build rapport by regular visits to customers each month to build a base of referrals for establishing customer network, and suggesting trade-ins.

  • Establish the necessary file for any transaction, verify all customer details and record them accurately

  • Create and fill up the necessary prospects or customer sheets for implementation of the customer follow-up data processing sheet for implementation of the customer follow-up data processing system via CRM software

  • Ensure consistent follow-up on all clients to conclude transactions

  • Ensure that all vehicles / trucks sold are paid fully or according the agreed terms

  • Review own sales performance, with the minimum requirement of meeting or exceeding their individual monthly targets

  • Provide sales management information by completing daily and weekly reports on sales and prospection activities

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure customers are dealt in a professional manner

  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the company




Required Skills or Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales or a related field

  • Experience working in vehicle / truck sales is an added advantage

  • Must be familiar with MS Office Suite / CRM tools, computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills

  • Possess valid driver’s license with less than 2 points

  • Proven closing and follow-through skills
