Vacancy: ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• Reports to the Head of Technical Team and Operations Manager


• Install, Service and provide support for range of equipment


• Understand key business processes applications and document work process assigned


• Respond swiftly and promptly to customer requests


• Submit daily activities & visits to Supervisor


• Improve productivity by being efficient and effective


• Full knowledge of all product array and company processes and procedures


• Acquire competitive knowledge


• Perform customer care visits


• Contribute to Customer Satisfaction

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of 1st Degree in Electrical Engineering


• At least One (1) year working experience


• Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage


• Ability to Multi-task


• Good command over the English language (both written & spoken)
