Scope
The MAINTENANCE PLANNCER is responsible of the planning and scheduling of Maintenance works to maintain the designed Capability and also Availability/Reliability of all the factory equipment/machines by:
- Creating a maintenance plan for all factory machines and equipment.
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating of all plannable maintenance work performance within the factory.
Main Accountabilities
- Ensure the maintenance planning and scheduling of all preventive and collective maintenance activities for the process line.
- Establish an efficient maintenance Data Collection and Management of all Maintenance reports
- Establish an Efficient maintenance Backlog Management
- Ensure Quality Environment, Health and Safety in the workplace.
Required Skills or Experience
Education
Must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum of 3 year relevant experience in a similar post (Preferably in the Argo-industry)
Technical competencies
- Good in-depth knowledge and experience in maintenance optimization and cost savings.
- Good computer skills.
- Good knowledge in machines and process.
- Good knowledge in SAP Planned Maintenance Model.
- Good knowledge in MS Project.
- Solid management, leadership, decision making and influential skills and experience is critical
