RESPONSIBILITIES;




  • Provides the technical support required to address customers’ met and unmet needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas and designated teams

  • Liaise competently and promptly with all customers, developing a good working relationship and attend to their requests efficiently and diligently ensuring that customers receive the highest level of customer service

  • Undertake sales and marketing activities for ABB LV Control Panels, Dives, soft starter & PLC Panel

  • Responsible for the total development of the product across all sectors of the economy

  • Offer product training to all customers and potential clients

  • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. 

  • Obtains product market share by working with Sales Manager to develop product sales strategies. 

  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and reports. 




Required Skills or Experience



  • BSc Electrical & Electronic Engineering

  • HND Electrical Engineering



TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES;




  • Ability to speak and write English and French fluently

  • Sales knowledge in LT Power Distribution System, MV products and HV Projects

  • Sales Knowledge of LV Control Panels, Drives, soft starter & PLC panels for industries and domestic sector

  • Knowledge in mining operations

  • 5 years’ experience in commercial and technical sales

  • Must have strong client/stakeholder orientation

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation skills
