Role Profile



The successful candidate will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to set up the company conference room for important meetings and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence.



Roles & Responsibilities




  • Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the manager/executive

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

  • Organising events and conferences

  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Managing databases and filing systems

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

  • Collating and filing expenses




Required Skills or Experience



  • A bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge of  MS office suite



PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:




  • Must possess excellent communication skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi – task and prioritise work.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Must have high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure

  • Good administrative skills.
