- Develop and maintain distributor relationships in key launch areas
- Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts
- Regularly visit accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price
- Sell our brand to retailers in coordination with local distributors and brokers.
- Build out a sales and distribution team once sales volumes allow
- Manage trade promotion efforts
- Utilize your ability to set up demos/tastings to increase distribution and build lasting relationships.
- Tell our brand story, educate store personnel and consumers about the benefits of the product.
Required Skills or Experience
- An entrepreneurial drive and proven 3-5 years with sales experience including heavily sourcing for new leads and face to face selling within the Beverage Industry.
- High level of professionalism and experience working with well-organized sales oriented companies
- Comfort with CRM systems
- Must have a strong sense of accountability, and must be able to work independently
- Must be highly organized, have attention to detail and good time management ability
- Must have business acumen and keen negotiating skills
- Considered a "closer" and can provide evidence to support direct sales achievements
- Excellent computer skills
- College degree
