Job Description


  • Develop and maintain distributor relationships in key launch areas

  • Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts

  • Regularly visit accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price

  • Sell our brand to retailers in coordination with local distributors and brokers.

  • Build out a sales and distribution team once sales volumes allow

  • Manage trade promotion efforts

  • Utilize your ability to set up demos/tastings to increase distribution and build lasting relationships. 

  • Tell our brand story, educate store personnel and consumers about the benefits of the product. 

Required Skills or Experience

  • An entrepreneurial drive and proven 3-5 years with sales experience including heavily sourcing for new leads and face to face selling within the Beverage Industry.

  • High level of professionalism and experience working with well-organized sales oriented companies

  • Comfort with CRM systems

  • Must have a strong sense of accountability, and must be able to work independently

  • Must be highly organized, have attention to detail and good time management ability

  • Must have business acumen and keen negotiating skills

  • Considered a "closer" and can provide evidence to support direct sales achievements

  • Excellent computer skills

  • College degree
