Vacancy: Environmental Scientist

Job Description

Applicant will be expected to play major roles in project activities including:

• Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Reporting;


• Environmental Monitoring;


• Preparation of Environment & Social Management Plans and Frameworks;


• Preparation of Resettlement Action Plans and Policies; and


• Stakeholders Engagement and Public Consultations.

Required Skills or Experience

• Knowledge and ability to apply principles of project management and supervision;


• Knowledge of local and international environmental policies and procedures;


• Ability to work in a team;


• Good Coaching Skills;


• Problem Solving Skills;


• Must have good communication and writing skills;


• Should be computer literate; and


• Should be able to uphold confidentiality.
