Description	Job Description A reputable company is looking for an experienced Farm Supervisor for our Poultry Farm. The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for the daily planning, organisation, supervision and administration of activities on the farm. Responsibilities include but not limited to: ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met maintaining safe working practices managing and motivating a team ensuring welfare of livestock ventilation management feed management vaccinations production performance record keeping Required Skills or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, preferably Animal Science. Extensive experience in poultry farming. Management/Supervisory experience would be a plus. A passion for Agriculture. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. The ability to make decisions in stressful environments. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work overtime as required.
