Description	Job Description A Reputable bank needs the services of a Legal Officer. Main Responsibilities Represent the bank in all cases Review and draft all legal documents Review and draft correspondence to external entities Provide legal advice for management and the Board of Directors Act as Secretary to the board of directors Assist the Human Resource Department in all Labour issues relating to the bank Co-ordinate cases with external solicitors Any other duties that may be assigned by the Board of Directors Required Skills or Experience Educational background/Experience LLB degree, a minimum of two (2) years at the Ghana Bar. Experience in the banking sector will be an advantage. Competencies Required Analytical skills Must be knowledgeable in company law practice. Must be knowledgeable in laws relating to banking. Must have experience and be competent in litigation. Must be called to the Ghana Bar.
