Job Description

Our client, a reputable Private Security Company in Accra with operations in man guarding, tracking, and security devices seeks to employ Operations Managers for its Accra and Kumasi Branches.

Job Description

• Offer leadership and initiatives to the operations team across the country to attain corporate goals of client satisfaction, increase market shares, and profitability


• Supervise and manage the activities of the branch Operations Managers at the various branch offices of the company.


• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service.


• Ensure that all contracts are properly serviced and sustained.


• Laise and coordinate with clients to ensure good and amiable working relationships.


• Provide daily updates to the general manager on developments at the regions.


• Ensure that operations team across the country satisfy clients’ needs and concerns.

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidate for the position as an operations officer must have a first degree or an HND in any discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution.

Key Requirements

• Ability to drive is an added advantage (must possess a valid driver’s license)


• At least a minimum of three (3) or more years’ experience in Security Company Operations is required
